| Re: BAD UDM PROBLEMS-vid inside Proper sitting of the brushes might be needed, like operate the UDM at low speed for a certain period when first switched on. If there's a problem with the armatures not turned true the brushes will be eaten up in no time. The copper communtators needs to be trued, if you just slap in a set of brushes, you will get severe bouncing of the brushes causing premature brush wear and future amature damage. |
