Online Registration Form and Firefox

Hi David,

I just wanted to give you a heads up. Your online registration form doesn't seem to be compatible with Firefox (ver. 2.0.0.6). It works fine with IE. You might want to follow up with your webmaster and have him/her check the ASP behind it.

Hello David,
I am with the other 2 posts, I cannot get it to register either, not through IE or Firefox. Says the same thing as other post, "INVALID SERIAL NUMBER.."

Same here, invalid S/N. Looking to get a switch upgrade.

Re: Online Registration Form and Firefox

Yup, I just received mine and tried to register but am getting an 'invalid serial number' error. I assume the S/N is just the 5 digit number off the bottom of the box?

DavidB says, "The serial number tag is inside the counterweight housing."
