My main point is mfg never told anyone about the ease of it coming on. OK? Now "Another bad deal" was in reference that I could not get any customer service starting at 11:30 AM EDT.. I emailed the right people, I phoned and left messages to the right people and I PM'ed the right people. "Another bad deal.".....Someone, somehow, someway should have gotten back to me. If you are going to take on a task of that magnatuide (sp) , you should have a staff to suport it.
So I feel like the kinks can be worked out. (but this should have been done in a testing phase) AND I would like it repaired or replaced. Regards!!

Please check your PM. I need you to send me your information to my direct email. If you get me the email in the next 45 min. I will get your new UDM out to you with today's afternoon orders.
BTW, our phone system has been intermittent since Thursday and is now down until Verizon brings me a new FIOS router later today so email is best for today.

But I always said I love the machine. Well its been four hours since I called, emailed and tried everything I know to get a hold to some one for me to send it back for repair or replacement. NO SUCH LUCK. I can't get anyone to reply to me on how to return it. So add to the switch, poor customer service!!! If things change I will let everyone know. Think hard before buying the UDM. Another bad deal. |

Michael,
Sorry you had trouble getting through to me on Friday. I was in meetings most of the day.
As I know you have had many phone and email conversations w/ Lynn in the past (re: Polycharger), you know that Lynn gets back to people in a very timely fashion. I'm not sure why you did not contact Lynn first, but that would have been a known way to get through.
Lynn just emailed me that she is processing your replacement now.

THERE WERE LIGITIMATE ANSWERS WHY THEY DID NOT RESPOND. Today I got a email from Lynn saying a call tag would be sent. I replied that the UDM was already on its way to CA....... She replied and said a new one was on its way!! There was missed comunication Friday for reasons beyond their control. But today things are all right. With me saying how I disliked the switch, UDM could have made things difficult for me. But they did not. In fact they went out of their way. I still love the UDM and look forward to getting it back. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!.....THANKS SO MUCH!!!!! I have learned a lesson. ZOOM-ZOOM
