I had trouble with the sonus pads, how about you?

I was buffing out a car yesterday and the velcro part that is glued to the pad just came off and I almost put the buffer's backing plate thru the door. Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there a fix for this, any special glue I should use to stick it back on or should I contact the company?
And this is not the only pad with this problem, the other two are starting to peal off also

Well I called and left a message about this, I hope they get back to me quickly... I have four upcoming jobs that I need these pads for.

Why was this thread moved and why wasn't I told?
It fit the product discussion, no?

I would have kept this in PM but I have no clue who did this.

I moved to the Autopia Car Care forum so that the vendor (ACC) can address your problem with the Sonus pads. The post would fit in both forums, but now that the thread is here, you can bet that Lynn Phillips will be contacting you shortly to take care of it.

We (moderators) don't typically send a PM for a moved thread. Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion; I was just trying to help out by putting the thread where the vendor would see it and respond.

Hi Rob,
Don't worry, I have taken care of you and your replacement pads will ship first thing in the morning via Priority and we are truly sorry you have had trouble.

PS Thanks, TortoiseAWD for putting the post where I could find it!

I've also had problem with the Sonus pad once. Autopia was quick to replace it. I would do service with them again for this reason

Re: I had trouble with the sonus pads, how about you?

Same thing happened the first day of useage on my green pad. They replaced it promptly. Just have to let them know. Excellent customer service. I didn't even have to send the old one back.
