Sonus Ultimate Towel Clearance

Later this year we will merge our Sonus "Ultimate" and "Der Wunder" towel lines into a single line (Der Wunder II). The new towels are in production, so we need to clear out the remaining stock of Ultimate Drying Towels and Ultimate Detailing Towels to make room. If you need to plus up on waffle weaves for Spring, now is your chance to get these great towels at an excellent price. Contact me for bulk buys in case packs of 48. No reasonable offer will be refused.

Re: Sonus Ultimate Towel Clearance

Those are great WW towels, one of the softest and most absorbent I've laid my hands on. I especially like the MF-200 with the satin binding. A price of 3 for $24 is hard to beat so I just ordered 9 more of them. Then to get free shipping I threw in 3 sets of the MF-201's (6 more towels).

While I think the Sonus Der Wunder Drying Towel is OK, I hope the new Der Wunder II line keeps a WW that is as soft and absorbent as the MF-200, MF-201, and the MF-204 WW towels.

Edit: David, I just received my order and noticed that the MF-201 towels now have a satin binding like the MF-200. You should update the description on your site to indicate they now have a satin border.

Re: Sonus Ultimate Towel Clearance

I'm interested in buying the towels. I live in the area and I'm curious if you do pick ups. Gosh, I just don't know which ones to buy. I have never bought any of the boutique microfibers before.

*edit* nvm. I overlooked a thread a few posts above. I can't do pick ups. But help on the towels would be appreciated.

Sorry, I wish we could do pickups, but it turns out to be more trouble fro you than it's worth. We setup the warehouse as a mega assembly line and you never know if a supervisor is going to be available or not.

Email Lynn at lynn @ theperfectshine.com and she can assist you with what you need.

Re: Sonus Ultimate Towel Clearance

DavidB,

I have a couple of the Ultimate Detailing towels and they're pretty nice. I see that the U. Drying Towels look similar. Is there a difference between the two types besides the size?

Same material, different size.

FYI, I'm keeping the Ultimate Detailing Towel but dropping the drying towel... if you like them, get em now!

MF's on sale are always hard to pass up and spring cleaning time is almost at hand. Let me shake the piggy bank and see what we got.

Re: Sonus Ultimate Towel Clearance

David,

I don't know if you remember but I had tried contacting the store back in March but your email system was rejecting some customers emails. My wife told me that someone had left a message on her answering machine, but I never got the chance to call back plus I didn't think the problem I had at the time was anything serious (the issue with the tags).

I did have another issue with just 1 of the Ultimate Drying towel (the soft mf waffle weave with red satin). In my order I had 2 of these towels and I really love how soft they are, but 1 of the towels after its 2nd wash seemed to have singed? I had washed it on the hot setting with the rest of my towels (which also included the other Ultimate Drying towel I had) and basically it's as if one of the strand had burned and hardened into a thin, but rough and hard plastic? If you're having difficulty understanding what I'm trying to explain, it basically had the same effect like when you take a flame to a piece of plastic and it melts, except in this scenario it's not a huge area that's become hard, it's just a single strand about 1 1/2" long. I'm afraid to use this towel now because I'm pretty sure with how rough it feels, I would just instill more marring. I wouldn't care if I had gotten a lot of use out of the towel, but this occurred after I used it only once. The 1st wash was when it was brand new out of the package, and the 2nd wash was after I had used the towels on my car for the first time.

Anyway, I know my order was placed back in late Feb or early March, and while browsing on the store's return policy I didn't see any mention of a time frame. Is the return period 30 days or would I still be able to eligible to make an exchange for the same towel?
