The chemical cleaners in SPC will remove light oxidation and the grime that gets deep into the pores of your paint that clay cannot reach. For hand application, SPC is a better final polish than SFX-3.

Of the two, I like SPC the best because it is easier to apply and the final finish is squeaky clean.

David, I was under the impression that SFX 3 is a finer polish than SPC from both my experience with the product and this chart Polish Chart. I've used SPC first then followed up with SFX 3.
