Problem with Sonus PC pad, what can I do?

Well, I'll let the pic speak for itself. Sorry for the quality, my regular camera is out of battery.



I have used that pad maybe 3 times, trying to follow the care instructions to the letter. What can I do so that this doesn't happen again? I bought the complete sonus pad kit with backing plate on June 15 on this year, do they have a warranty of any kind that might cover me?

You bet we back up our products, your new pad will ship in the morning via USPS 2-3 Day Priority.

As far as care, it is best to wash them by hand in slightly warm to cool water and let them air dry. We do also recommend the Sonus Der Wunder Wasche for the pads and microfibers.

I had the same problem with the cutting pad's. The rest of the pads (polishing and finishing) are fine and have lasted well over 10 uses. Seems like the cutting pad backing just cant handle much. That and the 5" BP with a 7" pad seems outta wack. I mean the BP is so much smaller that if you apply any pressure the BP mushrooms the pad and may be whats putting to much strain on the velcro backing.
