Sonus paint work cleanser bodyshop safe like sfx-2...

I just got my new bumper painted and was wondering if the sonus paintwork cleanser is safe to use like sfx-1,2 and 3? Also at the body shop I saw them wax my bumper, it was called cherry finish or something like that. The guy said that this wax is safe to use on fresh paint.

Sonus Paintwork Cleanser has a silicone. It is safe to use on fresh paint, because it will not prevent the paint from off-gassing. However, it is not safe to use in a body shop environment because it would contaminate towels, pads, etc.
