Luckily the engine turned over in the morning!
Looks the like the young guns here are giving others a run for their money in this category. Last month it was Maxy and now Steve is looking good!
Great work!

What happened there?
I'm not saying this maliciously, but to further help you out in your ventures. I've been nailed on this before too, early on in the biz. Mix up a 6:1 APC mix and use a cheap MF to degrease everything, then hit everything with QD after washing the car. It will look brand new.
Other than that, amazing comeback!

I wasn't about to break out yet ANOUTHER clay bar just for the door jams. I wasn't paid enough.

What is that stuff on the hood before? some leftover residue from a bra or wat, how did you get it off? Great turnaround. should have polished that chrome chevy bar on the grill, would have added some extra sparkle. | |

It was rust under the paint starting. I recommended that he keep the bra off, and he was like, "I'd have to be crazy to keep it on with what you did."
As to what was on the paint from the bra, well lets just say it came from a bird a long, long time ago. I spend a little while polishing that area let me say.
As far as the grill goes, it was corroded as well, I couldn't get it any cleaner.
Here is one more before after washing showing off the swirls.
