I don't see how it could since Detailers Domain is selling it and not the Autopia Store:

BTW, that 5" 3M BP is really sweet! Another local Autopian (EisenHulk) and I got in on a group buy with the 5" BP and some 6" 3M pads. Since I just got one you can pretty much rest assured that 3M will soon be selling them in the states for much less than what I paid

BTW you almost gave me a heart attack when I saw your link show them incorrectly priced at $9.95
