Hi guys, I've attempted to contact you but so far no response. You guys in CA have a 4 day weekend or what? Left a message for Lynn and emailed David on Sat. Sort of expected either a call back or email at some point but so far nothing. Does anyone know if the shop is closed for vacation of something? I Couldn't find anything in any of the threads indicating that.

Anybody? | You called Saturday and it's like 1:00 in California right now on Monday. Give them some time to work on their to do and call back list. If they are like me they work enough during the week and on't want to think about work on the weekends.

I totally agree. Gotta be patient man. They have amazing customer service, but they nerver rush anyone off of the phone, so it takes time.

Hi,
We do take weekends off which means we need to catch up on Monday so return times for calls and email take a little longer and I know David's inbox is not a pretty site on a Monday. Oh, I also have one person that called and I have tried to call over and over but no answer or voice mail to leave a msg.
I have returned all of my weekend voice mails and left messages, emails or talked to the person with the exception of one person and his wife said to call back at 6pm.
