both, but prefer your internet stores, as its the only place we can get the non OTC products...
also cheapest ive seen souvern paste is at waxit.com.au for $95 + $12.50 postage |

I order most of my stuff from Detailed Image, that have almost everything I want with great shipping options and very good customer service, very highly recommend  |
