Lets all Diet & get in shape
We can use this thread to keep track of our progress. I am 6'0 and weigh around 228.
My goal is to get down to 200 as quickly as possible but to keep it off as well. I also want to tone up a little.
We can use this thread like weight watchers, but instead i will call it "AUTOPIA WATCHERS"
We can offer health advice (but remember we are not dr's), nutrition advice, work out tips, etc....
