It was nice hearing yesterday that family members have noticed I lost weight. Nothing special except making sure I am not taking in excessive cholesterol. Haven't had any bacon or sausage in more than a month now, maybe two burgers, fries once or twice, other than that, I've been eating a lot of chicken, vegetables, salads, sandwiches with lean meat, etc. Haven't even been riding as much (about 200 miles this month) due to colder temperatures, the time change and work load.
