I'm not really a bodybuilder IMO, but I lift ~6 days a week and do hard cardio on a regular basis, been doing this for decades (I'm now 48). As

I keep my bodyfat in the single-digits and it's pretty obvious that I take my lifting seriously, but I just don't think of myself as a bodybuilder for some reason.
There are a few threads (e.g., the LOOOONG one "Let's all diet and get in shape") where we've been discussing exercise and nutrition for years; there are a fair number of people here who take this stuff seriously.
When I log off here, I'll be doing legs/abs/grip this afternoon
