I just meant that some people have genetics on their side (bodybuilding freak). IF he is indeed clean, and he looks like that....That's insane.

Ya know, I've heard that the WWE has some pretty serious mandantory drug testing in place. I'm sure there are ways to get by a drug test too though.
Casey,
Your diet must be spot on to hold onto that size and keep the body fat low. I always have a hard time putting on any size (even with that workout that you sent me).

Re: Any bodybuilders here?
I agree with blucpe 100%. Genetics only takes you so far, the same can be said for over the counter supplements. I have followed bodybuilding for the last 10 years. The most genetically gifted bodybuilder of all time was Flex Wheeler, he competed in one Mr. Olympia natural, check him out on youtube and you'll see the difference from when he competed after juicing. Kevin Levrone has excellent genetics also, he and most bodybuilders admit to using the sauce, Lee priest joked and called it super wheat grass. I will say this, most of your top bodybuilders are genetically gifted, Ronnie Coleman competed natural for a while before he started juicing. Lastly, Kevin Levrone is really a cool brother though, i have his band's cd Fulblown and a Fulblown t-shirt, he even autographed it for me.

That's correct.....
It's an old game, Joe Gold and Joe Weider changed everything....
They created an industry out of an image and it's made multi-millions over the decades...
Getting big, big enough for shows or mag's isn't done without some "help".....

You might want to do some more homework.....
Flex never won a damn thing.........
In his "business" he wasn't ever a champion.....
Check out old school champs like Sergio Olivia, Surge Nubret, Arnold, Frank Zane, Total-Lee Haney......etc......
Flex was a lot like David Carr and Ryan Leaf, a lot of "potential"........

I work out daily. Not into weightlifting (arthritis) but spend most of my workouts doing cardio and stamina sessions. I'm now 65 and have a 32" waist, same as I did in college. My BP is 120 over 68 and my resting pulse is 60. My BMI is about 19. I feel great and that is the goal.

Re: Any bodybuilders here?
Hey, Wade. I'm sure the WWE does have some pretty strict drug testing policies in place, but that could be more for the negative p.r. they have received over the years due to steriods and steriod related deaths. You can bet the farm that for every new test for steriods that developed, there are new designer steriods that are a couple of years ahead of those tests.
Yeah, when I'm really rocking and rolling, my diet is damn near perfect. I have easily maintained 230lbs @ 7-8%. It's not easy to say the least.

What's up Dave1,
i never said Flex Wheeler won an olympia (that's the super bowl of bodubuilding, but it's not the only bodybuilding competition that's important), but he has won the Arnold Classic before, and was runner up in the olympia before. Here's the link to his record: Flex Wheeler - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Take a look at that and tell me he hasn't won a Damn thing, just maybe this is something you forgot to do your homework on. I really don't follow bodybuilding like i use to, but i have a lot of knowledge about the business (there's too much politics involved, supplement companies dictating the judges opinions). There's no way in the world that Jay Cutler should've placed before Phil Heath in the 2008 Mr.Olympia, Jay's conditioning just wasn't there, Phil Heath and Dexter Jackson were razor sharp in every way possible.
