Um, how is Batista a freak? a freak as in different or bodybuilding freak?

I read alittle about him on his website, according to that, he's clean and I'd take lessons from him anyday!!

Re: Any bodybuilders here?

16 years old here. Intake 2grams protein/day. I don't really look that big, 6'0, 180.

Workout Weight:

barbell bench- 165lb
dumbell bench- 65lb/hand
legpress- 855lb
bicep/hammer curls- 35lb

Those are the basic numbers I am for now. I love working out when not detailing. I gives me another thing in my day to look forward to.

If you want to grow you need 1.5-2 grams protein per pound of lean mass. I can't imagine 2 grams per day is doing anything.

Re: Any bodybuilders here?

Been overweight most of my life. Cut down by about 40-50 lbs this past summer while gaining some muscle. Only managed to keep working out for about a month into school then got lazy. Gonna start back up once finals are over. 6'2" 190-195ish right now still pretty high BF%. But I'm just getting started

Re: Any bodybuilders here?

that's awesome MDX! keep it up! I'm shooting for 300 by the summer. Do you think the total gym is an effective machine? I have a total gym 2000 and love it!!

Not a day goes by I don't use it.

Re: Any bodybuilders here?

I'll bet dollars to donuts that Batista IS NOT clean/natural.

I'm a little out of shape right now, but I usually maintain a weight of 230-245lbs...single digits bf%. I'm 6'1".
