Anyone else follow his training? I've read II and this week I'm putting it into play. NG and FTC is on it's way to me, maybe even be here today.

He knows his stuff for sure. He's big on ab rollouts with those homemade ab rollers of his. I use a couple dumbells for ab rollouts. They are definitely painful and they seem to strengthen your abdominals. I only use them once in a while though...

He also loves sandbags, kegs, rope climbing, heavy bag, bands, dumbbells, sledgehammer, farmer walks, rings,.....etc, LOL The guy is wicked strong, and in incrediable shape.
