Re: Anyone else use creatine?

A lot of this is just rehashing what Way2SSlow said, he and I are on the same page.

I advocate interval training. Warm up with a moderate pace, then alternate between *very* hard/fast work and slower work (which you do just long enough to recover from the hard stuff), then do a cool-down.

I guess I'm just asking you to clarify on what you mean by intensity..[with regard to ab work]..
Repeating that I really dunno how to work with our specific condition, I do my ab work the way Way2SSlow said...each repetition is somewhat difficult; I couldn't do a hundred of 'em to save my life. Don't do something that's so easy you end up doing dozens of reps without feeling much.

..would the real Hydroxycut Hardcore be something to look into?

Sorry, I dunno from fat burners But if it helped you run longer it shoulda provided some benefit simply because you were doing more.

Re: Anyone else use creatine?

Well thanks for the info guys! I guess the main thing I need to do is just go running on an empty stomach. I guess the reason that I lost so much weight in high school was from the fact that I not only did track practice, but I used to go running really late at night (2-3am... I was a real night owl... lol) and hadn't eaten anything for at least 6 hours at that point.

Re: Anyone else use creatine?

Creatine does work, but be aware you are more prone to cramping while on it. Up your potassium and magnesium intake when you decide to go on creatine since you will be retaining extra water.

I personally don't use creatine. Though I don't advocate anyone against it unless you have a kidney problem or don't drink enough fluids and balance your electrolytes.
