I've yet to sample an energy drink that I actually like. I take an preworkout energy pill before I begin my cardio at about 5:30am every other day. I've had a Jagerbomb before, but I only drink beer now, and even that is strictly limited to maybe one or two once or twice a month.

Most of these energy drinks, give you a high - rush, jitters and then a crash. I hate that feeling and I am very sensitive to how caffeine/guarana etc. affects me with headaches etc.

Its very strong. I would start out with half a can. The new Xtreme version is even more potent.

I've tried two of the NOS drinks...Not a drink I would pay for. Thankfully, I got it free at a car show. Just way too much sugar for me.
