I usually get my allergies middle of Spring for 2-3 weeks and I am usually fine till now and I get a few sneezes here and there but thats all.

Blowing your nose will actually make it run more.
It will irritate it.

Try to secretly dap a tissue up your nose or something of that nature to just catch the running away mucus.

p90x workout is kicking my butt. I thought I was in descent shape. But man, the AB Ribber is brutal.

I haven't been sick since I was dianosed with cancer. I take my multi vit., vit.c and b, and I believe its a zinc pill. Been just fine ever since I started taking that regiment two almost 3 years ago.

Oh and Stiff I heard the P90x+ was a tough but good system as well!

I do have some minor allergies but other than that I usually do not get a cold or flu. I eat very well, grilled chicken, fish and eat fruits and veggies. I also work out everyday and think that helps greatly in warding off cold,etc.
I think washing your hands frequently,etc is key. As far as the weather...that is not a factor for me...you get a cold because of germs or viruses.

1000 mg of vitamin C twice a day, hand sanitizer, and echinacea when I was around anyone who was sick kept me pretty much cold/flu free for years. I usually try to get a flu shot every year but sometimes I don't get a chance.

Then I came down with legionnaires' pneumonia last November..... nasty, nasty stuff. I spent 8 days on a ventilator and became septic which caused my kidneys to fail. To make a long story short I was off work for 6 months and spent almost 10 weeks in the hospital. Fortunately my kidney function returned just enough to get me off dialysis right before I was discharged from the hospital. Then a lot of rehab followed. The general consensus is if I hadn't been in pretty good shape when this happened, or if I had waited one more day before going to the ER I wouldn't have made it.

So take care of yourselves and if you do get sick don't lay around for 4 or 5 days until your temp shoots over 104 trying to cure yourself like I did. Go to the ER, an urgent treatment center, or go see your doctor.

p90x+ is a very tough system. I did a Kenpo and Arm workout from that; and I'll admit. It KICKED my ***.

P90x isn't as bad of course. They recommend you do p90x first and possibly p90x+ afterward. I love p90x though.

X 785627698248. I waited about a year after I realized that I had a lump before I told anyone. Luckily it wasn't as bad as it could've been. Check yourself and don't be scared of something the doctor might tell because not going might just be worst outcome than going.
