Paint cleaning for show, Wellesley, MA

I've got a show on the 21st and I need some help with my paint. I have lots of small blemishes and swirls that need to be taken care of. I can do all of the other aspects of the car myself.

I'd like to have this done on Sat the 20th if possible. Please let me know if you reccomend any good shops or if you could do it yourself.

Thanks

What car show are you preparing for?

+1 Mikeyc - What kind of show is it? Where is it? What kind of car do you have?

Its Swedish Car Day in Brookline. I have a 99 saab 9-3, the color is black.

Its not the most competitive show out there, but its outside and I've been meaning to get my paint in better shape for a long time now.

Do you have any pictures of the car and approximately how much are you looking to spend on the paint correction? I'm assuming the show will be at Larz Anderson?

You can sort of see the swirls on the hood.

Overall I think the paint is pretty good. From 3 feet its perfect. But I just want better.

What does this sort of thing usually cost? I was hoping to save a little off the normal decal since its just paint work I'm looking for, but I guess around $150?

Yes, Swedish Car Day is a lawn event at the MOT. I've never been to this one, but I've been to Italian, German, and Japanese days. They're usually pretty good shows.

Wish I could help you out. I normally detail for guys on Audizine and Audiworld, but have some bf obligations that weekend. I went to the Italian/Ducati event this past summer. Lots of nice cars and a real classy event. PM me if you ever need your Saab detailed for another event.
