Exclamation question

yeah i need help i got this oil stain. the oil droped from a train i guess the train was leeking and like 3 drops fell on my hood, now i cant get them out i tried compund and nothing will a clay bar work?

I wonder if the oil was hot, and you have yourself a burn rather than just a plain oil spot.
