Flower City Customs

Hi, I am in Rochester NY and am curious about this local detailing business named Flower City Customs (Flower City Customs - Home) and if anyone has used them.

I plan on stopping over by the shop to meet with them and check the place out, does anyone have good suggestions on what I should be looking for/good questions to ask to make me feel more comfortable?

Ask them what products they use.
Ask them what their "pre-wax treatment" is all about
Ask them what sort of machine they use for their "machine polish"

That is where I would start.
