Detailer near Bethlehem, PA?

I am looking for a detailer near Bethlehem, PA that can help remove a serious mess from my car. While parked in a parking garage, a substance leaked from the upper deck onto my hood, and I cannot get it off. I have no idea what it is.

I normally do my own mild detailing, but need to find someone nearby that can address the above problem.
