hi i am new to this forum and have a car question;i want to buy a 99 honda civic ex all power options but problem is owner went to spain didnt sign the title, says father will sign it ?... it has 113550 miles on it small crack on bumper and window motor needs replacing as well as normal schelduled maintenance of timing belt water pump and antifreeze dealer cost is 525+150 for window motor. he was asking$5000.00 will take $4,700.00 i wrote him a email and wont go lower even with the title issue so is this a good deal? should i go for it? help please reply i need feedback soon!
As far as the title issue, that may not be a big deal, spouses forge signatures all the time...not like the DMV knows what the guy's signature looks like.
