Need a real pro in the hartford CT area

I have a friend on another forum that lives out by Hartford that is very piticuler about his car. it's a 2004 White Impala and he got a scratch in it that needs taken out . refused to even drive it for a week because of it. So you know the car is well cared for. If anyone can handle this and wants to give him a quote his email is

Have you talked to the owner about or seen a picture of the scratch, and know if it needs to be touch up or can it just be polished out?

I've talked with. Haven't seen the pics yet but from the discription the scratch is about 12" long and to the primer in alot of it. So probably a fill and touch up with a wetsand and polish out from the sounds of it.
