Looking for a detail in Long Island

i usually do it myself with clay bar and the klasse twins twice a year by hand. i bought the car brand new 2007, dont have the time now though. 2007 passat, candy white. interior and exterior needed. i just have some minor swirls and a lot of turbo specks on the rear. i am not a perfectionist and honestly cant see spending 400$ on detailing my car, i rather do it myself and invest the rest in a rear way bay. i can drop off my car or you can come to me. let me know. i have been around for a long time here just reading. went to a detailing class back in 2002 at detailing dynamics so please dont look at my join date.

i appreciate the help.

Re: Looking for a detail in Long Island

jdoria- your work looks insane, a little far and way outta my prive range.

ghost 28- i don't really know all the stages since i owned the car since new. 1st weekend i got it i washed, clayed, kalss twins. then followed that routine 2-3 times a year. but now i have some swirls.
So i guess, wash clay, polish, seal, wax and interior detioal. engine bay depending on the price, to me a can of good old foaming engine wash or some simple green does me justice. saw your work, looks great and i know you got some years behind you. what products do you use? i was going to try the duragloss lineup this year. Also i live in east islip. Funny is i am progessing a job on great neck road and will be out there alot next week checking up on a crew.

PAPAhoff-emailed you

i dont have a PC or i might attempt it.

Re: Looking for a detail in Long Island

I am also looking for a detailer in Long Island (at the border of Suffolk and Nassau) - I have a RED '80's era car w/ some mild oxidization that I would like to have properly detailed - compound, clay, polish, seal, wax, etc.

Possibly also the interior. And maybe also the engine bay, to some degree.

Please PM me!!
