all the info you need is here and it's free
all you need to do is spend a few months searching and reading
and ask questions as they come up

This is true, but I feel like nothing can beat hands on practice with an expert.

Re: Detailing class in the Boston area?

I would also be up for attending, getting my hands on a nice rotary would be awesome. I have plenty of products to share too, incase anyone wants to try something out. Victoria Wax and 1Z Ultra, and Paint Polish, as well as 1z cockpit, and plenty of others I suppose.

Just an idea, but I would really like to learn or at least experience a rotary.
