Re: Pittsburgh

Me too!

Looking for somebody in Pittsburgh who really knows what they are doing.

I need dark blue metallic paint buffed.

(BC/CC, minor scratches & swirls from 9 years of regular use)

I go to school in Edinboro, PA and I'm willing to make the drive if I can get 2 jobs lined up. Let me know.

Re: Pittsburgh

I live out by the Pittsburgh Airport and I'm looking for some paint correction work to be done. I have a '06 Red GTO with some moderate swirl marks and light scratches in some places. I'm looking to have it clayed, swirl cutter then waxed/buffed. If anyone has some decent respectable shops in the area please let me know. I'd be willing to travel about an hour.

Thanks guys

Re: Pittsburgh

This issue has come up on several occasions. I do some detail work on the side but wouldn't call myself a pro. Unfortunately, there just isn't a strong presence of quality detailers in the Pgh area that I've bumped into or seen here at Autopia. In this area you primarily find high volume type establishments.

There are a couple guys that frequent these forums in Ohio along the PA border if you are willing to travel.

Re: Pittsburgh

I'd love to find one in Pittsburgh too. My wife took her car to the local body shop but they just used fillers because a month later all the swirls were back.
