Re: Detailing products in Metro Boston

There's not too many places to buy detailing products around Boston except on-line. Look in the yellow pages for a "paint & body shop supply" store. They usually carry professional versions of products from Meguiar's and 3M and also some lesser known brands.

If you're ordering on-line there are a number of places located in New York like Detailer's Domain and Detailed Image. Ordering from a place in NY will get you your goods overnight for the price of ground shipping. Ordering from places in Florida like Autogeek will entail a 4 day or more wait.

Sources for detailing supplies in the metro Boston area...

Allied Technologies in Melrose
Finishmaster ( the two stores in my area are in Marlborough and Worcester, they are a nationwide chain, check their website)
J&R Auto Body Supply in Framingham

Let me know what you think. I'm out that way on occassion. Most of the time when I go to a PBE store I go to Stoner's (or maybe it's Stone's) in Watertown.

B&T Auto Body in Milford has loads of Meg's products and the 3M line. He orders the Presta products for me as needed.

Re: Detailing products in Metro Boston

I am surprised with all the cities around Mass. that there is not anything more around. I did go into a lot of Napa's and other bodyshop supply stores and found stuff that came out in the 80's.
