Custom Vinyl Graphics Shop? Helping my nephew..

My nephew just bought a SRT4 Neon and after spending way to much money on engine mods over the summer he put "Custom Vinyl Graphics" on his Christmas wish list. Being he is the only kid all of adults have to buy for we all agreed to pitch in $$$ to get the job done for him.

I know custom paint is NOT in any of our budgets so we have to stick with vinyl. He is not looking for anything "off the shelf"

Does anyone have any custom vinyl shops in Massachusetts/Rhode Island they can recommend to take on this project?
