in answer to your question, how about polishing the headlights on motorhomes? Some headlights get yellow over the years. You could purchase a headlight restoration product from your local Detail Supply. Also you could consider interior detailing. Hope this helps!

As an RV owner I think in addition to exterior detailing you should consider the following.

Interior carpet, windows, cabinets, floors, showers, washing and sanitizing of fresh water tanks (clorox). mildew removal

Think of it like cleaning a house on wheels.
