Removing mildew on headliner in cabin

I am trying to remove mildew stains from a cabin interior on the headliner. It's a thick textured material. Any suggestions on what to use?

Re: Removing mildew on headliner in cabin

the mildew has most likely damaged the material and not just stained it. You might think about replacement.

Re: Removing mildew on headliner in cabin

Any mildrew remover should work fairly decent. Just test for colorfastness first. And like suggested the mildew might have damaged it beyond cleaning. Meg's make a nice Marine grade mildew remover. Might want to check it out first and see what it does first.
