need a good marine cleaner/wax

I have seen offerings from 3m and meguiars, are there any others worth mentioning, and which is best?

Why cleaner wax? Try some 3M Ultrafina and top with a synthetic wax, itl last longer... Collinite maybe, I was going to try the 3M Performance Finish...

if you want a cleaner wax megs 50 is tops for cleaning power and decent durability....my process on my own boat is megs 50 followed by Collinite fleetwax or 476s....great durability and great shine....
