What's the best Vinyl Cleaner?

I have a 1995 Crownline with a white/black interior (white with black accents), the white has some texture to it and there seems to be some stuff really imbedded in it. I've used a lot of OTC stuff, and various scrubbing tools, so I kind of think I have it as clean as its going to get seeing as how the boat is so old. But just wondering what you guys use to clean the vinyl (seats and side-walls). Boat has carpet floor, so it can't be a bleach. And I don't have pictures because boat is still covered from the winter.

you can use simple green and scrub with a sponge once your done with cleaning wipe down the seats with a moist towel. On the seats make sure your in the shade when using simple green or you can steak them.
