Do-it-yourself bay wash in Chicago?

I live in an apartment in the city, no driveway, no garage, and no hose for water.

Anyone know of a do-it-yourself bay car wash place that's bucket-friendly?

Most do-it-yourself places don't allow bucket washing, but if you go at night, no one will know. Heh heh.

I've been doing bucket washing on my local DIY car wash... They never stopped me from doing it so I guess its ok... Now that I've discovered ONR (thanks to Autopians) I rarely go there anymore...
