I drive a Daytona Blue 350Z(Z33), there are about 4-5 in town, but i am the only one under the age of 40 driving one, so i am easy to pick out.

I just got into detailing after getting my Z in June 05, so I am pretty new to it. I think I have gotten pretty good, its by far the shinest Z in town - thanks to Zaino. I just started doing detailing jobs, I have three to do after my finals this week at ND. I plan on ordering a PC, once I get paid.

Yeah, I hear ya on that. I love my car to be clean all the time, and it's probably one of the cleanest ones of its kind around here, but some of these guys on here got skills!

Add me to the list of South Bend residents. Out of curiosity, what are the detail shops that you guys know of here? I know of a private place on my side of town, but I don't think it's a major business.

BTW, are you guys heading out to Tire Rack tomorrow for the final stop on the One Lap of America event? It's a definite must-see.

i do my own detailing. but there is a ziebart's on the south end that is pretty decent, and you can't go wrong with the Drive&Shine up north, I actually went to school with the chain owner's son.

I didnt know anything was goin on out there at the Tire Rack, I'll check the time and maybe head out there tomorrow after my hangover wears off. But I need to get going and return to my party, kinda bad for the host to disappear and go on a damn detailing forum i think...

I like to do it myself too. I totally forgot about Ziebart and I work pretty much across the street from it.

The event was fun today. There were some badass cars there. I took a few videos of them and I may post them up.

well, looking at the weather, looks like i'll be detailing sometime this coming friday thru sunday. if anybody wants to join in lemme know. i've got everything short of a pc at my house (some cheap orbital buffer). and a driveway that could support the cleaning of anywhere from 1-5 cars with ease.
