Looking for a pro who can do spot touch up

I have had limited success with several local body shops on minor repairs.
I was looking for someone who has an artistic approach to touch up work. I have several small chips and scratches that I would like to have covered up, including the small holes in the trunk where I want to take the emblem off.
Am I wasting my time. Should I just forget about touch up and have the entire area resprayed?
I am a noob at all of this so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
