Detailer Needed In Fairfax County: Paint and Dents

I never have used a detailer before, and people already are looking at me funny for wanting to bring in a 95 Camry for some work.
It's a nice car, but a couple of careless mistakes by some people have it looking somewhat unattrative.

Recently some moron thought it would be "cool" to write on the windows with show polish, well this shoe polish didn't exactly come off easy from the windows or the paint.

In addition there are obviously a few scratches being 12 years old, and last summer, the car hit a deer. There is a dent on the front hood, not enormous but noticable.

I wanted to know, to clean off the shoe polish from the paint, how much this would cost.
I also was curious if detailers could help me with the dent or not.
Thanks and look foward to it being repaired.

prep-sol will remove the shoe crap , and a body shop would be your best bet for a dent

Well, Ive never cleaned shoe polish off a window before, but there are a lot of things you can try. As for the dent, you might want to try pop a dent. Otherwise, PM tdekany or brwill2005.

Thanks, the polish is on both the windows and paint.
I got it off as much as I could but to be honest I have never detailed before and would rather not mess up myself with strong soaps.
I'd rather have a pro help if it can be done for a reasonable sum.

What have you tried to remove it? I can recommend some things.
