Detailer in MD/DC

I just bought an 04 Black Explorer. It has its fair share of scratches and loads of swirls. But it also has three spots that looks like some one tried to remove tar/sap with steel wool or a brillow pad.

Im looking for a decent shop or someone who could get this thing looking as good as it possibly can. Any suggestions.

I live in the Pasadena/Glen Burnie area and work in Beltsville (near Laurel) so either of those locations would work.
