I don't know who brought the pork in the crock pot but it kicked butt! Somebody had some serious gas while we were in the round table..Mercy!

Thanks, The pork was mine. 16 hours on the smoker, which worked out well since it was also the same amount of time it took me to wipe the Klasse sealant glaze off of a detail I was doing at the same time. Anyone have some good advice on how to remove KSG easily? As for the gas, I can't claim that though I have been accused of being an old fart!

Stop using KSG and start using Opti Seal and Blackfire and your set

I used this because the customer had it and wanted me to use it. I have and love blackfire, I hope to try the opti-seal this week.
