Re: Glass cleaner

I like sprayway ..when I can find it ..I also like the GM opti kleen glass cleaner...cleans real nice..would like to know who makes it for them...

I also like the DG glass cleaner with rain repel on the outside glass...it really lasts a good while on the glass and cleans good also....

these 3 are my favorites...

Re: Glass cleaner

Aquawax or Fast clean & shine.
A glass product must no longer just clean, it has to shine it up a little and protect.

Re: Glass cleaner

I just use water and a microfiber cloth combined with some elbow grease and that gets almost everything out.

Thumbs up Re: Glass cleaner

I've tried most of the products mentioned here. Lots of good choices, no doubt. I picked up a bottle of WINDEX Foaming No Drip cleaner a few days ago based upon a recent comparo in Consumers' Distort. I paid around $3 for it from the grocery store. I used it on the car and thought it did a great job. In fact, it looked so good, kinda like Stoner's IG, that I kept going back to the car and finally convinced myself that it must be my imagination

I spent several hours cleaning glass in the house (windows, doors, chandelier, etc.) this past weekend and it turns out that this product kicks some serious you-know-what and it does leave the glass super glossy. Lack of streaking is another benefit. In fact, it probably cleans better/faster and looks nicer than anything else I have tried recently. It's a nice $3 surprise. It's that good!

I don't think it's a new product, I just haven't really noticed it before.

Re: Glass cleaner

Last year I was a big Sprayway user...but I found a new and better one...Zep's commerical glass cleaner...the non ammoniated one...its green in the jug....it cleans like crazy..streak free and tint safe.....a gallon makes 32 gallons of cleaner..its 9.89 a gallon at home depot...well worth it....

Re: Glass cleaner

Griot's...and I really don't like Griot's. I got a free sample in some garage things I'd ordered and although I've been a loyal SIG user for years, Griot's is sooooo much easier to use.
