I find myself getting I find myself getting to bed around 6-7 hours a night. Every two weeks or so it catches up with me and I have one of those 12 hour nights. Is there a such thing on training yourself to live on 5-7 hours sleep?

I'll go ahead and vote 6-7 hours.

I seem to get enough on the weekends, and come Monday I can get up on time, but the reset of the week day is a struggle to be anywhere on time. I work 7 AM to 3 PM (to help beat the traffic), so it's a bummer to go to bed at 10 PM so that I can get enough sleep.

I think this type of sleep schedule is becoming more and more prevalent for many Americans. I'm just guessing though. Laters

to sleep whenever I can. Usually, I try to get about 5-6 hours.
