For those who use both #83 and SSR 2.5 ...

which is your preferred go-to polish for moderate defects? Why?

They both seem about the same to me. Last time I used SSR2.5 it seemed to dust faster then DACP. I honestly can't tell which is better, but if I had to decide I think DACP is slightly stronger but also a bit dustier.

BTW, I always wear a quality filtered dust mask and safety gogs with ANY product that is a dust hog. Really bothers me if I don't.

Tough choice. Unless you need to use one in the sun, then it's easy to pick.
I'd go with DACP, simply because I've been using it longer and I'm more used to it.

I like SSR 2.5 because I can use it it the sun. I use #83 only in the spring/fall or if I have some shelter.
Both work well on cool surfaces, though.

My go-to polish is 3M PI III RC and MG, and if I'm not using that, it's 1Z UPP, 1Z PP, and 1Z MP.

SSR 2.5! I found it much easier to work with than #83...
