Don't jinx yourself No big deal for me to drag out the tarps, secure them and park the car.

I never knead at all. Just don't want to take the chance of ever seeing that piece of debris come back to haunt me!

Clay $10
QD $7
My paintjob.....Priceless.

I use the whole bar. I think I'll start cutting them into two pieces though since the flattened bar gets too big for my hand.

Use the whole bar but I may start dividing in half.
I knead it very often and occasionally cut it in pieces and get out the rolling pin.
Clay bars are $30 in australia so I want them to last long.

I shape it to the length and width of my palm and make it very thin. Then slap it hard onto my damp hand and therefore no chance of dropping it and can do the job faster

I cut it into quarters, make a large 'coin' and use on fingertips. Use one side, then the other then fold in half and re-coin. I find that If I start with dry hands and only apply the lube to the paint surface, that it actually sticks to my fingers slightly and chances of dropping it are minimal.

I tear off half dollar size pieces. Once it gets dirty, chuck it and get a new piece.

I cut it into pieces, usually 1/3's or 1/4's.

That is a form of kneading. You just don't think to call it kneading because it's so fast and easy when you do it that way.

PC.
