Keep in mind the general rule is all cars are to have female names unless it is a Bentley, the only car allowed to have a male name.

Ive named my Camry Carla.

No, I've resisted the temptation to name my car "Max" just like probably hundreds of other Maximas out there.

You're right, Myles: they gotta have female names. So ... c'mon guys -- don't just vote; reveal your cars' names. Mine:
the white Jag: Claire
the red Jag: Sparky
the Benz: Bunny

Oh, gosh, now I feel so vulnerable.

I used to have a Cougar ('79?) which my friends & co-workers named The Land Yacht.
Volvoguy, I love "Sven"!

Our 4 year old has called the 59 Bad Cad since the first time he heard the motor start up. Unfortunately here in CA Bad Cad was taken for the license plate so it is now Bad 59.

To the other Lynn, my car is also called land yacht by others. It is just under 20 ft. long...

I think cars with names run better I thought that cars were supposed to have girls' names too. I just couldn't figure out what my Volvo 850's name was until I realized it was a boys' name. His name is Knud.

Actually, my previous vehicle had a male name too - Bømanden It means "the Bogeyman" in Danish. It was a big old white GMC stepvan, that had been a mail truck.

My wife names them. It works out well because while the dog knows the words truck, car, porsche, and honda he hasn't figured out the names yet.

Not my current vehicles, but my 1st car was called Bessy - It was a bit stubborn.

My sister named her car when she was single so it wouldn't sound like she was going out alone. "I'm going out with Nigel"
