Removing swirls from black gelcoat?

I just replaced my 04 Yamaha GP1300R with a new 07...in black. The dealer made damn sure that it was squeeky clean, but they left a path of destruction behind. The marring isnt too bad, and most people would never notice. Whats the best line of attack? I can do by hand or with PC (orange and white pads).
THe products that I have that might be useful - 1Z Einzette Intensive Paste and High Gloss Polish; Duragloss 601/105/501

Im planning on sealing with 501 after I take care of the swirlies.

Thanks.
