What's best to Clean Garage Floors? Any reccomendations

I have a neighbor who left his dogs over night in the garage. Well they urinated and crapped all over the place and he can't get rid of the smell. He was out of town and he had someone watching them but they did not clean it up while they watched. He wants me to clean it for him because he knows I got the power washer. Does anyone have any ideas what products and methods to use? Thanks.

Bleach works well on concrete to eliminate urine odor.
