Propane Tanks & Cold Weather?
Well I finally bought a propane convection heater for my garage and have a question on propane tank storage. It says on the tank not to storage it indoors, so i decided to store the tank out in my shed to keep it out of the elements but not indoors or in my garage which is attached to my house. The shed is not insulated at all, so are there any issues or dangers with storing a tank out in the cold and then firing up the heater with it? Where do you all store your portable tanks? Have any of you ever had any issue with a cold tank? I know alot of people have outdoor propane tanks to heat there house, I just figured i'd ask first before firing up a heater to heat my garage for safety reasons. thanks for the help.
